Delicate pandan leaf and sweet coconut are a match made in heaven in this soft, moist layered buttercream cake. A hint of rose water is added to further enhance the pandan flavor.

This cake is one of Much Joy Bakehouse's signature cakes inspired by Southeast Asian flavors.

Tips to enjoy: this cake should be enjoyed at room temperature to maintain the softness of the buttercream. If refrigerated, let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
